This is a powerful, heavy duty massager. It really does feel like someone is kneading my neck and back, using deep pressure. I used to get regular massages to help manage my neck and back pain, but they’ve gotten so expensive, that I couldn’t justify paying close to $100.00 anymore. This massager is a nice replacement. I use it while sitting in a recliner, starting with my neck, and moving it down my spine, to my low back. The deep kneading pressure is really strong, even painful if I relax against it. If you’re looking for a really deep massage, this product will be perfect. However, you can also control the pressure by how much you lean into it, or how hard you pull the straps. I was happy that it also has heat settings. I wish the heat was in the massagers though. It’s only in the middle area that doesn’t have any contact with me, so I can’t feel it. It’s also hard to tell if the heat is on or off, because the only light indicator is for the power button. I saw that some reviewers said that it pinched their neck. It is made for a small neck. Mine is very thin, so it feels good, but I can see how it would be uncomfortable for many. Overall, this is a fantastic massager. It has been super helpful in relieving my neck and back pain, and spasms.

This heated neck massager is a lifesaver during long commutes. Compact design, easy controls, and the heat feature are fantastic. Only wished the battery life was a bit longer, but overall, a great buy!
